At MoMa Activewear, we take pride in creating high quality activewear that supports you through movement, recovery and everyday life. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before making a purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.
1. Our General Policy: All Sales Final
Due to the intimate nature of activewear and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing (please refer to our Size Guide)
- Dislike of the product, color, or style
- Buyer's remorse

2. Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist.
Conditions for Defective or Incorrect Item Claims:
- Notification period: You must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
- Proof of purchase: Provide your valid order number or proof of purchase from momaactive.com.
- Clear evidence: Submit photos or videos showing the defect or incorrect item, along with a brief written description.
- Item condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing issue cannot be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Claim for Defective or Incorrect Items
To report a defective or incorrect item:
- Email us at cs@momaactive.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

- Your full name and contact number
- Your order number (e.g. #1234)
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
- Wait for our response — we will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. Please do not return the item until you have received our authorization and instructions.
4. Assessment and Resolution Process
Once we receive and review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- Replacement: A new item of the same style and size (if available). If out of stock, a similar alternative or a refund may be offered.
- Refund: If a replacement is unavailable or deemed unsuitable, we will issue a refund for the defective or incorrect item.
- If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was defective or incorrect due to our error.
6. Important Notes
- MoMa Activewear reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet this policy's requirements.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending returns. MoMa Activewear is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
