Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with MoMa Activewear. We are committed to getting your activewear to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Here, you will find the details about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00pm HKT (Hong Kong Time) on a business day, or anytime on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- Peak Seasons: During high demand periods, such as sales events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Asia: Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, South Korea, Japan
- Australasia: Australia, New Zealand
- Europe & North America: India, United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain
At the moment, we are unable to ship to other regions but we will work on expanding our coverage.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (Hong Kong)
We work with trusted local couriers (such as SF Express) to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Standard Local Delivery: Estimated delivery time — 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs processing (if applicable), or public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free or flat-rate shipping depending on your region and order value:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and a Whatsapp message with a shipping tracking number. A valid email and mobile phone number is required for this purpose.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active and update on the courier’s system after you receive your shipping tracking number.
6. Delivery Information & Customer Responsibility
To help ensure your order arrives smoothly:
- Provide Accurate Information: Please double check that your delivery details (name, address, contact number) are correct. MoMa Activewear is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. recipient not available, incorrect address), the courier may leave a notice, attempt re-delivery, or require you to pick up the package from a designated service point.
- Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or recipient refusal, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees to have the order sent out again. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
- Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel if required by the courier.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packing every order securely, MoMa Activewear is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.
If your order is damaged or missing:
- Contact the courier directly to file a claim using your tracking number and proof of purchase.
- Notify us at cs@momaactive.com with your order number and details of the issue. While we cannot file the claim on your behalf, we can provide the necessary information to help assist with your claim.
