• Pricing and Currency: Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
• Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.
• Taxes and Duties: For international orders, currency conversion fees, import taxes, customs duties, and other local charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will let you know and issue a refund promptly.

Natural differences — such as minor variations in color tone, texture, stitching, placement of seams or logos, or fabric feel — are normal and do not affect the product's quality or performance. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Product measurements are approximate and for reference only. MoMa Activewear may make small adjustments or improvements to materials, trims, or design details to enhance product quality without prior notice.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
• Assessment and Resolution: We will review your claim and determine if the item qualifies as incorrect or defective. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds (if applicable): Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
